ABOUT ME
MY STORY
I graduated with a degree in Marketing and a journalism certificate. Immediately upon graduation, I flew to Melbourne Australia to live out my personal dream of learning to create chocolate showpieces and petit gateaux at Savour School.
When I returned home, I joined Coolhaus Ice Cream on the marketing team. I quickly became Brand Manager, overseeing everything from social strategy to national campaigns. At the same time, I spent weekends in the pastry kitchen at République, working under James Beard Award–winning pastry chef Margarita Manzke. Those years taught me how to balance sharp brand execution with the creativity and discipline of professional kitchens.
Looking to combine both my passion for brand management and food in a deeper way, I took on operations and marketing at Lady & Larder, a cheese shop dedicated to sourcing 100% domestic products. This role deepened my respect for ingredients and the stories behind them, a value that continues to shape my work today.
Now, I consult with emerging and established brands, predominantly in the sustainable food and beverage space. My focus is on brand and digital marketing: managing email and SMS campaigns, launching new products, building partnerships, and guiding eCommerce strategies.
Consulting also gives me the flexibility to keep working hands-on with food. As a food stylist and culinary producer, I work with clients like Molly Baz, Tieghan Gerard of Half Baked Harvest, Gozney, Penguin Random House, Swehl, LightLife Tempeh, and more. It’s this blend of brand strategy and food craft that drives me: helping brands tell stories that feel as irresistible as the food itself.
When I’m not consulting or on set, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking for loved ones, wandering a farmers market, on a run, or curled up with my two cats, Olive and Roux.
